Amazonia Impact Ventures has joined the UK PACT programme’s first field mission to Peru’s Amazon, launching a £1.18 million drive to strengthen value chains for non‑timber forest products such as aguaje and camu camu. On the ground in Ucayali, AIV met local bio‑businesses, assessed their financial needs and explored ways to connect sustainable forest enterprises with international markets.
Amazonia Impact Ventures advanced Indigenous trade in Ecuador, visiting Wiñak to support sustainable exports and agroforestry practices. Co-founder Aldo Soto spoke at CLIIQ 2025 in Quito, highlighting AIV’s impact-linked loans as a tool to strengthen Amazonian cooperatives and scale financial inclusion in Latin America.
