• In person: speak to any AIV representative, or to your cooperative or association, and they will pass your concern on to us

You may write in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Your concern will be treated in confidentially, can be raised anonymously, and no one will face retaliation for raising a concern in good faith. We will acknowledge your message and explain the next steps.
