Join us on Monday, 23rd June, for an inspiring discussion on how Amazonia Impact Ventures (AIV) is reshaping finance to protect the Amazon rainforest.
Founded by Pajani Singah and Aldo Soto, AIV supports Indigenous, forest-based enterprises and ethical companies with impact-linked finance that safeguards the Amazon, regenerates biodiversity, and improves livelihoods.
Operating in Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador, AIV fills the gap for cooperatives and small businesses that are too large for microfinance yet often overlooked by traditional lenders. Since 2020, they’ve deployed over $9M across 34 loans, reaching more than 4,000 producers and impacting 200,000+ hectares of forest and farmland.
This event is part of a broader movement led by the Amazon Investor Coalition, a global platform uniting investors, philanthropies, and changemakers (including Latimpacto, Partnerships for Forests, NEXUS, &Green, EcoEnterprises, and Root Capital) to champion forest-positive economies.
The vision is clear: the forest is far more valuable alive than cut down or burnt.
