Across Junín and Pasco, AIV is working with five coffee cooperatives to strengthen their technical capacity in climate‑smart agriculture. Through agroforestry workshops led by Henry S. and Verónica López de la Lama, cooperatives learn how to restore soils, diversify crops and reduce deforestation risk. These sessions form part of AIV’s mission to build resilient, low‑emission coffee systems and support producer organisations in leading their own sustainable transition.
Amazonia Impact Ventures’ latest Impact Report highlights a year of meaningful progress in strengthening the Amazon bioeconomy. Through impact‑linked finance, community partnerships, and nature‑based solutions, AIV supported more than 5,130 smallholder farmers, deployed 42 impact‑linked loans, and placed over 200,000 hectares under sustainable management.
