Amazonia Impact Ventures (AIV) is proud to celebrate one of our advisors, Florian Kemmerich, who has added yet another remarkable achievement to his career. He is now the author of On Vocation Guide: How to Align Your Purpose with Your Profession, published by Routledge.

Far more than a personal memoir, the book sets out seven practical pillars for what Florian calls “Vocating”: the practice of aligning one’s professional path with one’s deepest sense of purpose.

THE LAUNCH

At last week’s launch during Building Bridges in Geneva, Florian revealed that writing has sparked a new passion. He announced plans for a forthcoming trilogy expanding on his life’s theory of Vocating. This first volume — a 160‑page journey through his personal and professional experiences — will be followed by two further works: Vocating with Businesses and Vocating with Capital.
