AIV celebrates USD 1 million new investment

We are thrilled to announce that Amazonia Impact Ventures (AIV) has secured a new investment of USD 1 million in our Blended Debt Fund from a Geneva-based family office.

This investment will be allocated between the Catalytic and Senior tranches of our blended debt fund, boosting our capacity to invest in Indigenous peoples and local communities in the Amazon rainforest.

Our mission is to promote sustainable investments as a tool to address urgent social and environmental challenges in the region. 

Over the past 4 years, we have implemented 32 impact-linked loans to producers' organisations and small and medium enterprises across Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador.
